I have not posted since October, as I have been putting every possible minute into painting, and drawing. This is our third and last year. Much of the first two were spent spent learning Spanish, settling in and exploring. So, this is my year to do art.
I have been working in three places, my studio at the end of the living room, Academia Albin, which is a 5 minute walk from the house and has a teacher, Jaime Sanchez, who I have been enjoying working with, and Circulo Belles Artes, which is a big art center with many studios and models each evening. I hope to do a post on each one, but for now, here are some of the pieces that I have made in the last 4 months.
